Skip Weisman is a former professional baseball executive who helps small business owners with between 6-60 employees to create championship performance.
Between 1982-2001 Skip served five professional baseball franchises as CEO. During those years two of his teams were recognized as “Organization of the Year” awards in the professional baseball industry, and one of his teams won a league championship. During his career Skip worked with teams affiliated with the Boston Red Sox, Cincinnati Reds, Seattle Mariners, Tampa Bay Rays, Texas Ranges, New York Mets, and the New York Yankees.
Since 2002 Skip has been an internationally recognized keynote speaker on the topic of creating championship small businesses and the key concepts of bringing championship caliber communication into the small business work environment.
Skip’s first book to be published in the spring of 2018 is titled:
"Overcoming the 7 Deadliest Communication SINS: How to set a new standard for communication in your workplace that builds a highly-motivated workforce, creates championship performance, and makes more money."
