The Key to Mindfulness, With Matt Thieleman

Filed in Podcasts, Previous Episodes on February 28, 2023

You’re in the right place.

And you found your way here because of that voice. The one inside — not just in your head, somewhere deeper — that keeps repeating one thing.

You’re here for a reason.

You’re here for more.

All that success you’ve achieved, the money, the awards and recognition that you kept striving for, keeps getting you to the same place: A race to the top in someone else’s race.

It’s time to run a different race.

It’s time to make your impact on the world.

Matt Thieleman coaches people (he calls them leaders) who are here for more than what following the normal path gets them, who are ready to stop living the life they thought they were supposed to live — that winds up empty no matter how much they accomplish — and to start creating the impact they’re here to create.

Matt calls it unleashing your awesome.

About This Guest: ()

Matt works with leaders and change-makers to help them live into their purpose more fully, and bring their masterpieces to the world. He educates and trains coaches to be world-class in their field, and help their clients reach their full potential. Prior to becoming a coach, Matt was in the marketing world, working with clients in practically every industry imaginable. Having worked with companies such as Michigan Ross School of Business, Gannett, Parthenon Publishing, and others, Matt had a good look at how well-intentioned leadership not getting out of their own way was causing businesses harm. Matt has been a leadership coach since 2016 and spent 2021 as CEO of Pilea, a coaching organization for venture-backed founders. After a year of intense growth and hard work, Matt turned his focus back to coaching and other soul-work he’s called to bring to the world. It’s simply a continuation of a lifelong mission to heal himself, help others heal, and lead others with authenticity.
