Over the course of 31 years in marketing and communications, Pamela Rogan brings with her a depth and breadth of experience that directly benefits her company, and indirectly enhances the corporations they serve. At different times, she has utilized her marketing and creative skills in the fields of real estate, medical, pharmaceuticals, financial services, office products, human resources & organizational development, high-end landscaping & nursery, not-for-profit entities, a major packing & rubber company, mortgage companies, publishing, the independent film industry, communications, software, coaches and major financial institutions, plus many others. Rogan is known by colleagues and clients for her natural leadership ability, team-building skills and a commitment to “Blue Sky” thinking, where ideas can be shared collaboratively without fear of being judged. This approach to business is perhaps best evidenced by her strong business development skills, where she repeatedly delivers high results in both her company and the boards / organizations / clients she serves. While working in New York City, Rogan successfully ran two in-house advertising departments / agencies and went on to turn around a third. The final, near-failing agency was on the verge of losing their key client, Del Laboratories, when Rogan stepped in to purchase the company and completely revamped operations. Not only did she retain the agency’s key client, she significantly expanded and diversified the agency’s services and client base, turning the small design firm into a full-service marketing, advertising and communications agency that offered branding and even public relations. She successfully ran the agency for four years, with 11 employees, before closing the company to relocate briefly to Sarasota, and then to Atlanta, GA where she opened a similar company, running it for 3 years, and then transferring it when she and her husband relocated permanently to Orlando, FL where they have lived since 2010. RMC is an outsourced model for companies who realize that marketing is essential in order to increase sales.
